For the third year running, KUGLER MAAG CIE is organizing the conference on Software Process Improvement (SPI) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This year’s long-awaited event will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from 21st to 22nd of October 2009.
Last year over 50 participants from finance, IT, telecommunications, and from the automotive industry attended the conference coming from countries across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Russia. They had been attracted by a program consisting exclusively of experience reports from both multinational organizations such as Thyssen Krupp, Motorola or HP as well as from small and medium-sized enterprises from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The conference will cover a whole range of experience reports from all over Europe including Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Bulgaria, and cover a wide range of industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals and IT.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in lively panel sessions which will be organized around two hot topics, namely “Process Improvements in Times of Crisis” and  “Process Improvement and the Human Factor”
