Our SQM Approaches » PSP
Personal Software Process (PSP) is for improving the performance of the software developers. It was developed in 1995, by Watts Humphrey.
The model is based on CMM principles, and it helps the software developers to improve their own performance and to introduce a disciplined way of work.
Our partner, the ESI (http://www.esi.es), organizes PSP-based trainings, using the methodology “PEPIT” (Professional Engineering Process Improvement Training).
Additional information about this method can be found on the following address: http://www.sei.cmu.edu/tsp/psp.html.
