She obtained her MSc mathematician, program designer diploma in 1984 from Eötvös Lóránt University of Sciences, Budapest. She started to work at the Theoretical Laboratory of SZKI as research fellow, participated in the development of the MPROLOG artificial intelligence language implementation. Her specialty was the porting to Macintosh platforms. From 1990 she worked as senior software engineer at IQSOFT Ltd., in the field of electronic marketing system, internet based, WAP-based and application integration software developments. She performed technical and coordinating tasks in hungarian and international research projects. She spent 3 years in USA working for General Electric Information Services as a member of the Mac software developer team, implementing the Macintosh version of Businesstalk 2000 System. From 2003 she worked as software quality management expert at IQSYS Ltd., where she was involved in the preparation, development and maintenance of the company’s quality management system, CMM based software process improvement and internal auditing activities. She joined SQI in autumn 2004 where she has the job of technical director, and does technical work in consultancy and auditing. She is qualified ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor, completed CMM and CMMI introductory course. She participated in CMM based preparation, informal audit and formal CBA-IPI audit, CMMI based internal maturity assessments and formal CMMI based SCAMPI A audit.
