Tibor Bóka obtained his Masters degree in quality assurance at University of Veszprém . in 2005. The subject of his diploma-work was: “The quality management of the support activity related to an integrated financial software, based on ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000″.

In 2004 he successfully took the exam of “Internal auditor in information security by BS 7799:2002 Standard”, at TÜV Rheinland InterCert.

In 2002 he qualified himself as economic agricultural engineer on “Georgikon” faculty of the University in Veszprém. He then worked in information technology of economy. He participated in deployment of the ORACLE e-Start integrated software at ESZI Foundation for Maintaining and Operating Institutions. Afterwards, he worked as project assistant at a system development company. His job was to coordinate the demand of CitiLeasing Share Company within the software development. He took part in the implementation of the leasing software by SCD Leasing Share Company, and in the training of the users.

He participated in CMMI-based internal assessments and formal SCAMPI A assessment.
